Miroir Noir: curriculum vitae

Is the name of an art group, which rang a bell in my head and at that moment it brought back something, which has a lot more to do with a world of magic than with art. The name got stuck in my mind and also shaped the way I imagined the works will look before I have actually laid eyes on any of them. Rai Escalé (Spain) and Miloš Kopták (Slovakia) established the group in 2007, and since that time they have regularly visited each other's studios, painted together and also exhibited together as Miroir Noir. It is a painterly couple, and most of all two like minds laboring on a common work.
